Drivesmith Driver Training & Development

DriveSmith Driver Training was set up to take me from a Franchised Driving Instructor with BSM to my current Independent Driving Instructor status. Day to day work so far has been a variety of Learners through to Full Licence Holder Assessments and refresher /recap training. In 2011, both the Institute of Advanced Motorist test and the DSA Fleet tests were passed allowing the business to move into Advanced /Fleet Driver Training whilst retaining it's core business in the UK Learner market. Some Fleet assessment work was carried out in the lead up the 2012 Olympic games through Peak Performance with the assessments and development of the Olympic Volunteer Drivers. Level 3 QCF in Customer Service was also awarded along with a BTEC level2 in Coaching & Mentoring. A1 Assessor certificate awarded in November 2012 along with a Certificate in Safeguarding. Currently studying for a Level 4 BTEC Advanced Award in Coaching for Driver Development.
