A example of one of my Keyhole Lower Facelifts TM. Results last 5-6 years. I achieved this lift through surgical septal contraction and superficial radiofrequency assisted collagen synthesis. This is surgery without the large scar. The scar under the chin is 2mm in length. Recovery is 7-10 days. What can go wrong over the years? This side profile of Donatella Versace reveals the problems that can occur if your surgeon isn’t an artist, can not appreciate beauty and is not aware of facial ageing. Overfilling the nose with poorly placed nose filler can create an ‘avatar’ appearance as shown. As the face ages the upper lip elongates and actually requires a reduction. Placing lip fillers after this results in a blurred straight lip border rather than a desirable ski slope.... Numerous patients are having excessive amounts of filler injected in the jawline but this results in masculinisation of the female face as shown here. Donatella Versace didn’t start having work on her face until she was in her mid 30s and I’m sure she didn’t go to an unqualified non medical non surgical doctor. What worries me is that too often I am seeing mistakes such as these coming into my clinics requiring corrections from 18-25 year olds who have been to ‘insta famous’ clinics relying on immediate before and afters and Kylie Jenner lip packages (Kylie Jenner never had this btw!!). Just because something looks good now it doesn’t mean it will stand the test of time. Just remember Donatella Versace; think twice and then think again. It’s always worth to consult with your chosen doctor to see if you share the same ideas about facial beauty and then go ahead. For example I may be too subtle for some and therefore may not be a good fit hence it’s always worth shopping around initially to ensure that you can stick with one doctor for a long period of time. I instantly was glowing , fresh faced and the spots that were initially my concern had defiantly reduced In inflammation. I will 100% be booking more appointments before my wedding .
