Excellent, we went for afternoon tea, with a 4 cake treat box take away. It was awesome and the staff were lovely, polite and friendly.

I used to like this place but now... the lady on the counter looks like she is there for punishment... very poor service. I was sick after them cake. Looks like fridge doesn't work...

Very poor service.the lady on till didn't even help with tray to put my tea and cake and my poor pregnant partner was sick after that cake.

Took Sister for afternoon tea as a treat. What a disaster. We were told no sandwiches so choose pre packed sandwich, only raspberry jam, no serviettes, cakes only enough for one and not two people, not sure if the 2 tartlets were custard or cheese .. unable to tell !!! Had to ask for forks to eat the cake.

Horrendous experience. Never again and definitely do not recommend this establishment.

Paid for two vouchers not allowed to book been rejected cause there's only one person working. Not very professional or helpful.
