The ball is rolling! 👀
Parkwood / Parkwood Springs 1920s.
You can see the old gas cylinders and just next to them you can see Neepsend Railway Station!!
The train station is now Arthurs Skips. The Ski Village falls down The right hand side where Parkwood Springs village used to sit.
... Dryad Works currently sits across the road top left of the large gas cylinder can you see it?
It was all wiped out during the 1940s blitz and then Sheffield city council cleared the whole area and changed it forever during 1960-1980.
Now the whole landscape is completely different in 2018.
Amazing how much an area can change. It's almost unrecognizable.

⬇️LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS⬇️
We're recruiting a solid team of volunteers to help us get the ball rolling on this new project!
Duties will include:
... - Cutting back the overgrown bushes and clearing outside land.
- Stripping the inside of the building back to its original 1950s design.
- Giving the place a good old scrub and preparing for painting.
- Painting various Walls & Floors
- Generally being a helping hand and an absolute legend whilst on site.
In return you will receive:
- Free entry to all Events hosted by Dryad and it's affiliated partners in future. 😁
- Food, Drinks & Special Bonuses throughout the day 😉
- A special thank you when we launch officially in a few months 😀
- A chance to get involved on a higher level as the project progresses through it's various stages. Including first offer of future employment opportunities. ☺
