Not sure what to do in the Easter holidays with the children, then bring them to our next Kids Competition.
Our next great instalment of Flashback Editions will be on Sunday 14th April. The date falls during the Easter school holidays. The perfect time for you to bring your children to compete and gain experience fighting.
At 10am we have our Kids Competition - this is open to all children aged 4yrs to 15yrs and to all belts.

Very organised, friendly competition with a great atmosphere. Will definately be coming back.

Took my two boys to compete. This is was their 1st competition. Both walked away with Silver.

Overall it was a great event. The staff worked hard.

I did the mistake of turning up in the morning, so by late afternoon they were getting hot and agitated but now I know for next time.

We will be coming back in September.

The day was good. It was ran quite well. If I could put down some constructive criticism... Medals should be done straight after each category. There seemed to be a lot of waiting around and uncertainty. I was also there for 9am start, the nogi was at 5pm. It was a long drawn out day with lots of waiting around. Perhaps it was too much to squeeze into one day? - Not sure. But, good day, fun was had, the weigh in people were on point, staff were friendly and when we got going, each category was ran well.

Really impressed. - my category ran to time. Medals done right after. Friendly staff. Was home by 5. Great day���

Great comp as usual great to have such a well run event in this country and the south west. Great happy friendly vibe from both the seasoned competitors to the kids, medals looked great. Venue was excellent. See you next time.

Brilliant competition! Excellently run, good referee's!!! Highly recommend for first time competitors and highly experienced competitors! Can't wait for next year!!!

Been to Bournemoth open 4 times now and it only gets better! Awesone work by organisers and team ��

Always enjoy DSD events. A great representative of UKBJJ on the south coast and always run awesome competitions.

Was an ok comp,personally I think the kids should have been put on at the start of the day not left till much later in the day also no proper warm up area for competitors to use,tshirts were given out but as they didn't have enough my son and his team mate ended up with last years leftovers! I would have thought they would of had numbers of how many competitors were taking part so had enough to be given out to each competitor.
