DTails UK Terms and Conditions PLEASE READ!
Deposits - a £10 deposit will be required for all new appointments, payable on booking the appointment. The deposit will be deducted off the price of the groom on the day
... Cancellations - We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If there is less than 24 hours notice, I may not be able to fill the slot. Deposit will be lost and a new deposit will have to be paid for the next appointment.
No Shows - If you do not turn up for your appointment your deposit will be lost and you will be charged 50% of the fee for the missed appointment before another appointment can be booked
Late arrivals - If you arrive 15 minutes or more ate for your appointment I may not be able to complete the groom in the time I have remaining therefore you may have to rearrange the appointment or return to have the groom completed. FULL fee is payable
Kennelling fee - As much as I love all of your dogs as if they were my own, I have very limited space and therefore if you arrive 30 minutes or more later than the agreed collection time you will be charged £5 per every 15 minutes after agreed pick up time
Fleas - If your dog is found to have fleas we may refuse the groom until treated, or if the dog has already been admitted and grooming has commenced when we find them a flea shampoo will be used at an extra charge of £3, plus a charge of £12 to fumigate the salon. We must do this to prevent them being passed to other customers
Pregnant dogs - I will NOT groom pregnant dogs under any circumstances. I will clip a belly strip for you but no bathing or all over trims
MATTING POLICY
If a dog is brought to us in a badly matted condition, we WILL NOT dematt the dog under any circumstances. Dematting is painful for the dog and we can not knowingly cause an animal pain BY LAW. Your options would be Take the dog home and dematt yourself before returning for a groom Find another groomer (who will most likely say th exact same thing) Have the dog clipped right back and start again.
Please be aware that lots of nasties hide under matts, fleas, sores, redness and self inflicted irritations. Also matted dogs are much more prone to clipper rash.
Matted dogs take longer to groom as we have to be so careful as we are clipping close to the skin.
All Matted dogs will incur a £10 Matting charge
Th best way to prevent matting is regular grooming, we are happy to demonstrate the coat care and equipment needed for your dog

We have two of our dogs, Darcy & Norma groomed every 6-8 weeks with Dtails. They always do a fantastic job and look amazing! Everything is very easy from booking appointments, dropping them off and picking up. Just had them bathed and clipped today and made our repeat appointment fro 8 weeks time! Would highly recommend.

Stacey did an amazing job on my 16 month old chocolate cocker. It was only her second groom - the first one done somewhere else was a disaster!! Stacey totally understood that I did not want Harley shaved - so she hand stripped her - WOW - amazing - even now 6 weeks later she looks FAB. Must make a mental note to book my next appointment as I think this lady is going to be very busy!!!!

Just collected Charlie and Izzy ( westies ) and so impressed with their cuts.... Izzy is very stubborn and grouchy , and I have had problems in the past with her with different groomers not wanting to cut her...



But what a fantastic surprise I had today on collecting them , that Izzy had been fine and I even had to drag her out the shop !!..... Usually she drags me out..And they even were given their own little goodie bag of biscuits.... What a lovely idea



I have already rebooked for next February..... Please, please give these two lovely people a chance with your beloved dogs....

I have just had our 10 month old puppy groomed for the first time and I couldn't be happier! It was lovely to hear feedback on how he reacted and everything was done that I asked e.g to keep as much length on his face possible. Thank you so much Stacey ���
