Several of you have reported to the office that you either have no water, or low water pressure in your flats.

... RENT Regarding your rent collection, please note:-
• If you pay by Direct Debit, your rent payment will be taken from your account on 27 December 2017 • If you pay by standing order, your payment needs to reach our account by no later than Friday 29 December • If you pay by debit/credit card, you need to make your payment at Reception by no later than 11am on Friday 21 December 2017 • If you miss your payment for any reason, you should contact the office by 10am on Tuesday 2 January to make your payment over the telephone.
All of the above measures should prevent you going into arrears with your December rent. Do let us know if you have any queries about your rent payment.

Tour of QPR Football Stadium for Ducane Families
Dear Residents
During the half term last week a few of our residents came along with their children for a tour of Loftus road football stadium.
... They were able to see the stands, the Director’s box, locker rooms and walk through the tunnel to the pitch.
The coaches also played ball games with the children who came along.
QPR Community Trust run lots of family events for children. They mentioned that on a match Saturdays there is an all-day family session, where there are games, face painting and lots of fun organised for children.
The event was to involve residents in the plans for QPR to develop a new football stadium at the Linford Christie site. QPR Community Trust are keen share their ideas, listen to concerns and answer questions from our tenants. The families who came said that they found it very informative, and enjoyable.
