Dudley Federation Of Tenants And Residents Associations

Dudley Federation of Tenant & Residents Associations is an umbrella forum that represents Tenant & Residents Associations from across the Dudley Borough. It was established in 1991 from a Chair's and Secretary's organisation. DFTRA has a close working relationship with numerous partner agencies and actively encourages local communities to participate in the decision making process. We offer communities the chance to have one united voice. Our primary role is to offer support and representation to Tenant & Resident Associations (TRAs) and in addition engage the wider community through partnership working. Our main objectives are as follows: Assist and support member Tenant & Resident Groups through the provision of advice, guidance, information, resources and training. Facilitate the development of new local tenant & resident groups in areas without representation within the Borough of DudleyEnsure adequate amenities are available to member groups in the interests of social welfare.
