You can learn more about Irish culture and craic in one evening at Duffy's than you can anywhere else in Leicester. What's more exciting is that it's the best pint of Guinness I've had anywhere - except Ireland that is! "A little piece of the Emerald Isle right in the beating heart of England"

Went to Duffy's bar to celebrate this years St. Patrick's day. Had a fabulous time. Good music, nice people and no trouble. No waiting to be served the staff here are exceptional in my view. I normally celebrate this day in either Birmingham or Coventry, but having found Duffy's on Google will definitely be visiting again. Patrick O'Connor

Thank you to the brilliant staff at Duffy's for helping make my big birthday bash special. Excellent, friendly and attentive Irish hospitality at it's best! Lovely, cosy and relaxed party room and brilliant music from the Super 45's. The craic was mighty!

Our weekly trad session is on tonight from 8.30 (ish). Not to be missed folks, it's always a craicin evening. Also we are celebrating St David's Day on Friday with traditional welsh music by Dawson Smith and band ( with a few covers etc) thrown in. And on Saturday we have the wonderful riff Raff element jiggin it up. It's gonna be a crazy one.

One of the most welcoming bars in Leicester, a 'proper pub'. Great live music and enough sports channels that I can sit in the corner and watch Aberdeen when they're playing while everyone else is watching the main event on the other screens �. Oh and the bar staff are pretty awesome.

My new late-night live music haunt. I came along on St Patrick's night and had an amazing time, the likes of which I have not had in Leicester for a long time. I definitely intend to come along many more times in the future. I'm not expecting just a 'quiet' drink! Thanks Jackie and the team!

I've been going to this pub for years through the many names it's had lol. Duffys is still a great venue to drink at and see gigs, plus I've played here with my pirate shanty band The Southern Rum Line with a great turn out and vibe. Affordable drinks and great staff and punters. Get your ass to duffys bar today!

Great pub great beer staff all dead friendly and all great locals too.

Great place to relax and watch sports or listen to the live bands. Nice selection of drinks for my tastes. Friendly staff and friendly customers. Well worth a visit.

Great little pub! Was very glad I got to watch the fight this weekend without paying some extortionate door charge! Keep up the good work guys!

First time I've been and have to say ... What a fantastic bar . Lovely people and really nice staff . Great music venue and I got to play the piano wile drunk lol . Felt safe in there an welcome . Spot on !!

Fantastic place!! I already liked the pub alot but then I did a fundraiser there and they were very helpful definitely a great bunch off people and a great venue

Duffys is my kind of pub relaxed, friendly and you can always get a Kraken n coke along with the best Guinness in town.

Duffy's is home away from home for every Irish person in Leicester. Not your typical Irish Bar, this is also a cracking music venue and is really supportive of local music of all genres. And if you love rugby, there's no place better. Forget O'Neil's, Duffy's is the only real Irish Bar in Leicester.

Beer, music, friendly staff, what more could you ask for?
