The Duke Of Wellington better known as 'The Welly' at Lichfield is an ale house and sports bar with large garden for all the family.

The Welly at Lichfield is known for it's ales with Marstons Pedigree, Fullers London Pride, Wye Valley-HPA and Holdens Golden Glow a regular feature on our pumps. Popular guest ales include Salopian Shropshire Gold, St Austell Tribute, Sharps Doom Bar & Wells Bombardier to name but a few.
You can enjoy live sport on tv with a showlist regularly promoted on Facebook and inside our pub. We are open from 4pm Monday to Friday till late, with a 12pm start at the weekends. Daily bar snacks include locally sourced Packington Pork Pies and Sausage Rolls, Selection of Toasted Sandwiches, chips with fresh crusty cobs served on a Saturday afternoon.
If you'd rather play than watch the sport we have a full sized pool table, Darts, Dominoes and other pub games. In summary we are a proper pub with a big garden, friendly land lady who serves great ale, beers and wines. Families and dogs are welcome.
