Sam is absolutely amazing. Have done a full head of foils today, am so happy. Its the first time I have done it with her and its perfect. And I am very “fussy” with my hair. I usually have to go back to the hairdresser so they can fix something that went wrong but this thought didn’t even cross my mind. Thank u so much and see u later for roots regrowth xx

Sam done my wedding hair and it was perfect. Everything I had asked for I got. She made my hair have lovely bouncy waves that lasted all day long. She made me feel fantastic. I couldn't of asked for a better hair dresser. I also had extensions put in by Sophie a week and a bit before and again couldn't fault them they are amazing the perfect colour match and easy to maintain. I highly recommend these lovely girls for wedding hair, absolutely perfect. Both professional and chatty friendly ladies make you feel so comfortable and happy

Sam did my "up do" for my wedding on Saturday. She was lovely company, a calming influence and did a fantastic job!! My hair stayed put all day and all night... and looked beautiful! Thank you Sam xxx

Not only does Sam colour/cut my hair frequently I was lucky enough to have her do mine and my bridal party’s hair for our special day. � So Sam I would like to thank you so very much , our hair could not of been any more perfect. My friends and I travelled to Truro for a wedding and found Dukes and Dames online. Sam was extremely helpful from our first conversation, suggesting where we could get our make up done and fitting in another friend at the last minute. All three of our updos were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Sam is so easy to talk to and we had a lovely, relaxing morning in the salon with her. Any time I am in Cornwall, Dukes and Dames will be my go-to hairdressers. Thank you so much Sam, you're a delight!

My daughter and I had our hair done by Sam for my son's wedding... Sam certainly did us proud. She is amazingly creative, puts you at your ease, and is so relaxed and knowledgeable. My daughter was complimented many times on her hair and with the added cornish ribbon incorporated in her hair style made it just perfect. We can't recommend Sam and her team of happy "dames" enough! Had my hair done a couple of days ago by Sam and I’m really happy with it. I didn’t give her much to go on but she did a great job. Love the salon and Sam was really relaxed and very easy to talk to (sorry for yapping your ear off obviously excited to be out of the house and see other humans) Thank you very much ��

After reading the reviews on here I thought I'd give Dukes & Dames a go. I've had problems in the past with my colour and I have to say my faith was restored!! The girls are really lovely and very easy to talk to! Making the experience all that more enjoyable! I had a query about my colour afterwards and it was welcomed with help and care. I'll definitely be re visiting when it needs re doing. Thank you so much!! :)

After hearing so many good things about Dukes and Dames I decided to give them a go! I was anxious after having the same hairdresser for 3+ years but I am so pleased I took the plunge. The Hump day offers on a Wednesday are fantastic and Sophie and Miranda really listened to what I wanted. Sophie did a fantastic job on my hair with ombré that looks better than I could've imagined! Miranda gave me HD brows but kept them looking really natural just like I wanted! Can't recommend enough, thanks girls �

After being royally disappointed last time getting my hair died dark at another salon I went to sam at duke and dames and she has done wonders. I am beyond happy with how my hair looks and I feel like I'm back to my old self. Couldn't be more pleased very lovely salon would definitely recommend to everyone. Will certainly be returning �

Absolutely in love with my new hair. I wanted (and needed) quite a bit chopped off. Sam was amazing in helping me and explaining what would work and what wouldn't. Absolutely amazing hairdresser who transforms my greying hair back to its former glossy brunette every 8 weeks, I always feel at ease with sam ,I get a cup of tea and good laugh while I’m there. What more could you ask for. I always feel amazing when I leave the salon. Thanks sam �

I had an awful experience here I was going for a complete transformation but instead I got a complete disaster and it was a few weeks before my sisters wedding she apologised to me and offered me to come back but there no way I was going to let her touch me again !
