Clinical psychology and counselling service in Southeast London for Dulwich and surrounding areas. I am a HCPC-registered clinical psychologist and I provide assessments and evidence based psychological therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups. My main therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and systemic therapy. I also use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy and mindfulness techniques in my work.

I can help with many difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, low self-esteem and relationship problems. I have expertise in couples counselling and a special interest in physical health conditions (e. g. cancer, diabetes, COPD). I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment in which to explore your current difficulties.

In addition, I provide a specialist perinatal service for pregnant women, women with children under one and their partners. I offer therapy for postnatal depression, antenatal depression and anxiety, birth trauma and difficulties adjusting to parenthood. I run a free monthly support group for new mothers.

I have training, expertise and experience of working with clients from different cultural and religious backgrounds and work with clients irrespective of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or race. My practice is easy to reach using public and private transport. I work with most major private health insurance companies.
