We are a small family owned & run daytime eatery in the heart of Monton village. Breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, specials, cakes, 40 teas, fresh coffee.

Friendly Food & Drink. they exhibit at the German Christmas Market yearly in Manchester City Centre. Oils, Vinegars, Halen Mon seasonings, Imported Italian Produce. Pasta, Tea From the Manor, Grumpy Mule Coffee, Our inhouse coffee, winners of many Gold Awards. We also stock there ground coffee for cafetiere and beans for you to grind at home. Meringue covered chocolate and caramel cake and many more cakes Homemade by local ladies. We pride ourselves on our good ingredients and we think our menu reflects this. We aim to put our specialty ingredients to good use and show case many of them in our menu. We have a full breakfast menu, served daily until 12am tues to sat and all day on sundays. You can choose the way we cook your eggs, poached, fried or scrambled. We appreciate that not everybody likes everything fried. Our Lunch menu showcases our lovely choice of hot and cold sandwiches, with a good range of fillings, they are not your average sandwiches. Our soups are prepared and made inhouse and we usually do a meat and a vegetarian option, most of the time our veg option is suitable for vegans also. We try to keep our food seasonal where possible. Our menu will change with the seasons and we are in the middle of launching our new spring menu soon. We don't mind if you just fancy a coffee with friends or a business meeting at lunch we have free wifi and sockets just in case you need to plug your laptop in at most tables. We also have a little corner for the kids too read and draw and generally play.
