Enjoy shopping here, laid out well, friendly staff.

On arrival wasn't given correct info to pick up material but the staff member who dealt with me was very helpful, but getting there was a night mare. Needed to pick up material which was previously ordered from Oldury branch. Staff could have warned people of the chaos on the road outside but management/head office should have considered this and had another alternative pick up point

Diabolical customer service at the tills 17 people queuing until further assistance was requested... no apologies for keeping customers waiting either. Lovely store but poor customer service.

what lovely store. On arriving at the store there is a large carpark. On entering the store you don't know which way to turn as their is so much laid out in front of you. On your way round there is a really nice cafe with a large choice of food and drink. Once in their your ready to carry on your way around the rest if the store. So much to look at be ready when getting to the checkout. The store now has a much better checkout system which speeds getting served and being on your way home.

Very hot. Came in for goods for new house but it was so hot we could not concentrate. So left with nothing. You gave toilets and a coffee shop. If you had air conditioning we would have probably stayed fir lunch aswell as doing our shopping. Sorry but your loss.

Products good. Prices good. Staff excellent.

Good selection of stuff, decent customer service and a very good espresso based coffee shop.

I like to have a slow walk around Denelm as I don't want to miss anything . The range of goods is amazing and prices are low .
