Just incase you haven’t noticed when you’ve been in- we have our delicious Christmas Pudding ice cream in stock!! It’s one of our most popular flavours and is only available at this time of year- so come and enjoy it whilst it’s here!!xxx

After flexing my pumpkin face art, Di, Rick and I have taken the last 4weeks to choose to create a round bale snowman (we came up with lots of ideas- from creating Christmas baubles, to Father Christmas but we decided that really a snowman may be the easiest option). The “boys” (Rick) came up with original name of “Snowy”. We have picked up more Nordmann Fir trees- they are ready and waiting to be picked to sit in your lounge or hallway!! We look forward to seeing you over the weekend!xxxx

🎄🎄We are picking up some more freshly cut, locally sourced Christmas trees tomorrow (02/12) ranging in height from 5-8ft- if you would like a larger (or smaller) size then please let us know!!🎄🎄 We hope that everyone that has bought a tree from us over the last couple of days have enjoyed spending their time here, and are now sat admiring their beautifully decorated tree in front of their favourite Christmas film- eating some of our ice cream - out of the tub!!

Come on down to the farm to pick the tree that will get approval from your whole family!!

So you need to hum the “O Christmas tree” tune for this post!! Love it or hate it Christmas is on its way- and we are selling - yes you guessed it- Christmas trees!!!! All freshly cut and sustainably sources from a local supplier. Available from this weekend (23rd/24th Nov)

Interesting morning- trying out new ideas- my photography skills are not the best- and there are better photos but a couple have slipped in as they made me giggle!! Watch out for the after photos!! Great way to spend a Sunday!! Come on down- we have warm pancakes, waffles, cookies (double chocolate, choc chip and white choc) either as an “icewich” (thanks Lynne!!) or just as cookie and ice cream. . .xx

I’ve seen this post a few times on my own page- and it makes me smile every time I see it- so just incase you haven’t seen it I thought I would share on here!! For me- with all this rain I’m a 7!! For anyone that’s a 3 on the “hedgehog scale” call in and see us - we’ll get you moving upwards!! We have a few new items to add to our menu- including warm waffles, pancakes and cookies- I’m thinking a warm cookie ice cream sandwich. . . I don’t have any photos yet- but watch this ...space!!

We still have plenty of pumpkins in the pumpkin patch ready to be made into masterpieces!! Remember we are open 12-6pm so when your lovely children wake you up early enough to rewatch all the past rugby World Cup matches and the Wales/ S Africa match in the morning you will have earned a delicious coffee and ice cream!! Just to say the below picture is not my masterpiece- but I’m sure it’s what I will look like when my boys wake up at silly’o’clock!!xxx

We had a lovely lady that works for the National Trust at Dunham Hall pop in today- she wanted to let us know that there is some confusion with our location- and that they had quite a lot of disappointed customers when they arrived to find no pumpkins and no Vintage Angel Design in their parlour 🤦🏼‍♀️. We are 2 minutes down the road from Dunham Hall but we aren’t inside the park!!
We are the original “Made on the farm” Dunham Massey Ice Cream - I will pin this post in the hope that our lovely customers don’t end up having to spend money to park to be disappointed when they don’t find us!xx

... Granted it’s really easy to go to Asda or Aldi or any of the other chains of supermarket- but you won’t get to enjoy an ice cream or coffee as you wonder around the pumkins- plus the gifts in Vintage Angel Design far outweigh anything you can buy elsewhere!!
Don’t forget you wellies- the pumpkins are in a field and we can’t guarantee dry grass!!
