This is a 30 minutes podcast about what you should focus on in your martial arts training depending on your age. Very interesting for both students and instructors alike.

A big thank you to everyone who helped set up and make this a special day. Especially our Secretary Andrew Slocombe who works tirelessly not just today for this tournament but with the running of the club. Don’t know what I would do without his help. Hopefully we have raised a good amount for Prostate Cancer Charity so thank you all.

Our son loves it here even though he can't make it to every session he has progressed well to yellow belt good freindly setup with fun but disciplined teaching with the senior belts helping out shows what the Junior belts can become and do reaching high Standards with some members representing club and country in tournaments.
