To our customers who are currently on holiday with Thomas Cook, please don't worry if your repatriation means a delay in returning to collect your cats or dogs. We will continue to care for them until you are home. Additionally, any customers who have made future bookings that have had their holidays cancelled will not be charged for cancelling their bookings. We are so sorry for everyone who is affected by this news.
