Durham Climbing Centre

We visited yesterday for the 10am session, the girls thoroughly enjoyed it! They liked how it was different to the week before, we will definitely be back

We had an induction to get us started . it was brilliant. Lots of information and a great place. We can't wait to make it a more regular thing. I've also booked my children in for a day during the school holidays. I'm excited for them to try something new.

Visited today with our 9 yr old daughter to do the winter bouldering league- fab wall with a good variation of climbs and holds, friendly, helpful staff and a great little coffee shop with a nice selection of food and very good coffee �will definitely be back again x

Visited today and had a fab time. Its not easy to find an activity that appeals to all three of my children: 6, 10 and 12 years of age. Think I pleased them all with this idea today. Think we must've spent about 4/5 hours which made it great value for money too. No massively overpriced snacks or drinks either. If you're just spectating, wrap up warm cos the advanced wall room is freezing!

Our kids have been climbing at DCC for a couple of years now and still love it. Fantastic coaches and great facilities xx

My son, Andrew is a junior member and although there are climbing centres nearer to his home in Hartlepool, it's testament to DCC that he prefers this centre. It's friendly and well run. Andrew thinks it's fantastic that the climbs change regularly. All in all, it's a place I recommend.

My son is a member of the rock stars and loves going every Tuesday. Andy is a great instructor. Just had birthday party and as I thought was brilliant. Thank you to the whole team 4 making his day so special:)

Honestly! The best climbing centre I have been too. Staff are great and know their stuff! Atmosphere is fantastic. Would highly recommend the centre to anyone.

Had a great day yesterday, took my 4, 6 and 13 year old, first time for all of us, great couple of hours, friendly staff and other climbers very friendly and polite, will definitely be back.

Had a great afternoon here really big range of bouldering routes. The staff were lovely, once we signed in they gave us a quick tour and let us just get on with our climbing, looking forward to coming back.

Had a fun induction/taster session with Carl. Everyone was really friendly and he gave some great tips throughout the session

Great place with a relaxed atmosphere as well as great coffee and tea to boost you mid climb the staff and route setters are great I've only been going a couple of months now and I'm really addicted. I would recommend a purchase of your own shoes if your going a few times a week it's well worth it and the climbing centre offer a great range at a really good price. See you next week �

Great place for kids to learn to climb. Great staff who know their stuff. Keep up the good work guys :)
