Works Christmas party was held here yesterday , its was fantastic, excellent food & drinks with the two waiters Matthew and Anthony who looked after us and made the day even more memorable. A great time was had with lots of laughs along the way ... Thanks guys �����

The staff, ambiance and food superb...Thoroughly recommend it if in Manchester. It makes a nice change to have very happy pleasant staff not like other establishments in other towns.

Stopped by for coffee waiting on sightseeing bus, and came back for dinner. Friendly staff and very clean. The chef even apologized for the portion of fish served, and only charged for a “small” portion. I am in town for the week, and will definitely be back...

Party of 7 booked meal service was great lovely lad served us and very chatty and helpful food ok xx

One of the tastiest meals( chicken breast in garlic butter ) I've had the place itself is lovely and the staff were to be applauded very efficient and friendly would recommend it if your wanting a meal in Manchester

I ordered fish and chips and the fish was bigger than a 5 year old boy. Very crisp batter and amazing tartar sauce. Excellent food, service and prices.

I loved this place from the 1st time I visited with my son and daughter in law. It has a lovely friendly atmosphere, the staff are really attentive without being pushy and its right across from the Town Hall so very central for everything really. The menu is very good and not expensive at all. Decor really nice too. Can't rate it highly enough.

Held our wedding reception here. Brilliant - everyone had more than they could ask for. Good space, nice decor, the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend the lemon drizzle cake, in fact the buffet menu pleased every guest.

Have visited several times when in the area, sometimes you need to order at the bar but the staff are always friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again when we can.

Great place to meet friends. Good food and beer available. Ideal place to start your night or afternoon if you are keen. Great staff and nice atmosphere. Probably better to book a table if you are wanting food.

Found the place by chance passing at 9am yesterday. The manager and waiter were friendly and the service excellent. Breakfast with bucks fizz is a bargain and amazing Bloody Marys. Great views so my family joined us too for equally entertaining service and great drinks. Definitely would recommend and go back when in Manchester again. Cheers all for ending a weekend trip so perfectly.

Called into Duttons for a Coffee stop with my mum and was greeted by Sarah and Matt who were both very bubbly and cheery for early morning.

Both our coffees were made as we requested them.

Quick service, very tidy and clean.

Really nice food! Service was quick for a Saturday night too which is always nice. Only thing that did sort of irritate me was that we got checked on multiple times by two different employees. One server checking back on each course would of been sufficient. Other than that a really pleasant visit.

Lovely place but no one came to take out drinks order outside so hubbie had to go in to order which was surprising! Otherwise a lovely place.

Go here quite often for drinks and the cocktails are absolutely lovely, sat outside last night and was approached 5 times from people about money.

I know it's not the business' fault but is a horrible atmosphere to be put in.

Unfortunately we picked a day 4/12/17 when there order of food hadn't turned up so there was only a small amount of food that u could order each time are waiter tried it was unavailable we had already bought are drinks or we would have left

No nibbles with prosecco had to force the issue to get something and then only nuts came out. They need to chance menu wording..

When atrrived asked what time is he on till, 1 o'clock he replied. So went bottle of prosecco

15mins later rang the bell for last order??? You said 1 o'clock, yes you ask me what till on till not what time bar shuts....smart arse.....

We wondered why only two other people in on a Friday night........

I congratulate Duttons on combining shockingly slow service of drinks, terrible food service and a meal so salty it was nigh on inedible .... impressive effort.



Sorry Duttons .... tried my utmost to be understanding of each bit that went wrong, but your staff just didn’t seem to care.

We where there yesterday not impressed with service very slow, short staffed, my friend had oil spilt down her coat, and when asked for coleslaw to go with a meal wAs told you don’t get it with that meal.

Pity because we have gone there for the past few years and have loved it, won’t be going back.

Stopped here yesterday for food and drink had to request table was cleared, got drinks ourselves from bar as no obviously table service and no one came to take our food order even after a lengthy wait so left without eating. Won’t be visiting again.
