This client had a full head of blonde mesh highlights but decided on a darker root so we did a root melt to blend with her blonde tones and loved it😍but using this technique if she decides to go back to blonde next time it easily done ❤️

Thank you so much to amber today who performed miracles on my hair that had been dyed orange and was a bitty cut from another salon. My hair is back to its dark colour and had a nice even cut. feels amazing!! The staff are all lovely and friendly!! Couldn't recommend enough!

I've found a hidden gem! Walked in off the street with my 12yr old daughter Amber who has very long, very tight curls. At once we felt welcome and at ease, and loved the friendly atmosphere. All the staff were knowledgeable and consulted Amber thoroughly before cutting her hair. Natalie did a beautiful job and Amber kept all her length but left with a gorgeous head of curls, not to mention great advice on how to look after her natural curls. Amber was over the moon (I can tell by the amount of selfies she's been taking!) and her words were "I really loved it in there Mum". Well Amber, mum loved it too and we'll both definitely be back. Great price too! Thanks so much.

I use to get my hair cut here when I lived in fallowfield. Everyone is so friendly in here. Now I live in reddish but still drive over to get my two boys, both under 4, hairs cut as they're great with them. Would definitely recommend this place and great prices too

The girls are 100% fantastic wouldn't go anywhere else.

First time I went to Dylan Roberts to cut my very long hair (my husband and son are frequent clients) and I am really happy with the results. The ladies that work there were very nice and because I cut my hair to donate it to a foundation that makes wigs for children with cancer, the manager told me that my cut was for free ���

Dylan Roberts has been in fallowfield for over 20 years and is by far the best salon out of all. I am great friends with all the staff as they are all so lovley. great friendly service and reasonably priced, they never fail to impress me when i go in and change my hair ( which i do quite often�). Always met with a smile at the door. Don't listen to the bad reviews as they are BY FAR the best around! Keep on doing what you are doing ladies and ignore the online trolls! Xxxxx

Best bouncy blow dry I ever got (and I live in London)! Visited dylan Roberts whilst I was staying at the lovely chancellors hotel for a wedding and decided to booked in for a blow dry. I was a bit apprehensive based on its location but they treated me like a queen and the blow dry lasted a 3 whole days! I would happily come back there if I lived in Manchester! Thanks so much. You made this Asian lady feel super welcome

Been visiting here now over the past 5 years after the very wonderful Natalie Power gave me the long locks I've always dreamed of ! (Hair extensions) - back to my own hair now and still love visiting the salon - ladies are excellent and the service is just first class �

As a long serving member of the team at Dylan Roberts we always do our up most to give our clients our 100%.. Working with the public is a great experience but it can also be a difficult task as it's not always easy to please everybody and we are only human after all... I myself look forward to what each day has in store for me and the challenges that I may face... Regarding one of the previous reviews,I was present at the consultation given to that particular client whom on the day was happy to take a "part" refund and gift vouchers which amounted to more than the price first paid.. Thankfully this "scenario" is one that is few and far between and not something we have to deal with often.. In fact hardly ever.. We have between us many years of high end experience and do our upmost to give each and every client 110%.. Thank you xx
