When it comes to people related matters such as dismissals, HR is often a matter of risk management and I provide my clients with options in dealing with such matters & explain the associated risks. That means they are in control of their decisions. In essence, I do HR differently - working with me means that you get a friend, an ally & a sounding board. I don't mind if you need to vent. I don't mind if you swear. My job is to work with you to solve your people problems in the best way for everyone. My passion has led me to specialise in adapting these processes to suit & work for your small business.
