Not happy about the staff. On the phone very helpful but once in the shop it's all changed try to sell me an overpriced part. Seem they only deal with high end bikes when I brought my bike in for service shame funny thing is my frame may be slightly cheap but my bike is not generic all the parts of my bike are high end and I brought just the frame there are other bike shops around who will be more than happy to service my bike regardless.

This is a REAL independent bike shop. Outstanding knowledge and impeccable organisation. It's a bit of a trek for me, but Dyson will get all my servicing and weekend visits now. Great shop.

Always use Dyson Cycles for servicing and repairs, they are always helpful and friendly. Also bought 3x bikes from them over the years, won't go anywhere else.

Went in for several small things and they were very helpful! They treated me and my little projects and purchases in a way that would give me confidence for bigger purchases. Even though I didn´t buy my bike there (or in England at all) they still were keen to help me out with a warranty claim. I would definitely go back and give them more business! The guy who helped me seemed busy and the shop was a fair bit scattered / disorganised, so be a bit patient. But it will be worth it! Seems like a place where the customer is respected and cared for.

Really know their stuff.
I bought an expensive bike from another store, but it was not set up properly and had lots of problems with it. They serviced it and got it working properly - very good value too.

Helpful and friendly advice for all levels of cyclist. Have got me back on the road on several occasions. Despite opening times listed, very much open on a Wednesday! Priceless.

Fantastic service, went in not know what bike to get at all and they were very patient and helped me very much. Bike was ready in 2 days and they put it all together for me, best bike shop in town.
