Excellent service, friendly staff and good rates.

Used this company quite regularly at one point untill one day when they contacted me the following day after returning a van to say there was a chip in the windscreen and they intended to take the charge from the deposit. I challenged the fact that I didn't believe I had obtained damage to the screen and I was told it would be looked into further and they would get back to me regarding this. They didn't.... Just phoned later in the day to say they had returned the deposit minus the charge whatever that was for the windscreen chip . Not a lot of money but for the principal of this they have lost a customer over charging in a sly unprofessional manner £40 odd quid or whatever it was without coming back to me about it first. They'd have earned plenty more in hire fees had I continued to use them. Shame to lose someone's business over a lack of caring for their customer
