Definitely recommend this company - The service from start to finish was excellent. I was informed once my order was received. Had an email to say it was going to be delivered and it arrived exactly on time the day after I ordered.
Very pleased with quality of the handles I brought . They arrived securely packaged and were just as described on website

Ordered a gate latch but the bar snapped off after a couple of months - a common problem for cast steel latches apparently. Emailed e-hardware twice to ask for a replacement. Still no reply. Charlatans of e-commerce - avoid.

My Wife, Ordered some door knobs, but unfortunately they didn't suit so sent them back on 15/08/2016 - I haven't heard a thing, still awaiting a response.

When I contacted them I was in informed it would be OK.
I sent them the registration details to show they had been delivered.
They have not replied and that was three weeks ago, so I'm out of pocket by £50 and they have the goods back .
Ok so was contacted today by a very nice man called Nigel, who apologised and assured me it would be looked into so my expectations have gone up and so are the stars fingers crossed.

Very professional, very efficient. Major recommendation to all.
