We are looking for an enthusiastic Rental Assistant to work to support and enhance our current team.
The successful candidate will be well-organised, and self-motivated with an outgoing personality, must have a keen eye for detail to ensure we continue to deliver the 5 Star experience expected by our clients.
... You must have good IT skills and good written communication as well as an outstanding customer service.
Candidate must have a UK drivers licence.
Duties will include: Answering phone calls Responding to e-mails Show customers around the appropriate vans Book in rental customers using our online booking system Housekeeping and Laundry Duties General customer service Handover and Return rental vehicles Must be able to work independently Reliability and Flexibility is a must. Candidates must be able to work week days and weekends.
16 Hours Per Week. £8.50 per hour

We purchased a motorhome from the Ellesmere Port showroom and dealt with the lovely Stuart (although all staff we were met were fab). We had our 'maiden voyage' last weekend, and loved every minute of it (despite a couple of hiccups of our own making). We couldn't fault the customer service, attention to detail and of course the motorhome itself. We would recommend E S Hartley to anyone who want that extra bit of security in knowing that you have bought it from a friendly, dedicated and knowledgeable firm. Thank you so much guys. If you are looking to get away for a few days these guys offer boutique motorhomes and give a service like no other. Dog friendly and all essentials provided so you literally just need to pack your clothes and go.
