We are an Essex based provider of high quality first aid, resuscitation & fire safety training to the public, NHS and private health sector.

All of our instructors are qualified in the training they provide and have relevant backgrounds in the NHS and emergency services. Our instructors list includes registered Paramedics, Fire Fighters and Nurses that offer knowledge and experiences beyond what many others can even begin to provide.

We offer a range of HSE approved courses, Ofsted /EYFS /NCMA approved courses, professional health care provider training. We have trained in schools, offices, factories, GP and dental surgeries, care homes and many other environments.

We also offer fire safety & fire marshall training, health and safety and e-learning packages suitable for workplace and general public.

We can offer facilities or bring the course to you, either way we will strive to meet your needs. We also plan and deliver courses to the public who can book on and learn essential emergency life support skills.
