Brilliant staff members. Extremely professional! And always smiling!!

Hopeless service levels, Impossible to get though on the phones and no reply to emails after 11 days. Surely in this day and age this level of service is unacceptable !

Non caring attitude,to be told to calm down or I won't be dealt with.
No follow up information after paying my fees to be able to see my daughter.
Utterly disgraceful customer service,had to wait on phone for 20mins because they couldn't find my case file.
Useless is an understatement.

With no bombast, I would fail to conceive a more chaotically organised and less compassionate team than the one currently administering the East London Family Court.

Above all, their communications are inconceivably disorganised.

1) I have called the main number more than 500 times over the past year and it has NEVER ONCE been answered. It is thus a lie that the line is 'busy' as suggested by the telephone system, but, as staff in person have implicitly acknowledged, NEVER used ~ either because the staff are too busy or too lazy to do so. It is thus a pure waste of people's time and money to advertise a line that it is impossible to get through to.

2) The email system is almost as bad.

In respect of a vital court matter, I had to send SEVEN messages (of increasing infuriation) before an anonymous member of staff (who could not be bothered to use my name or give her own) sent some highly platitudinous, generic message that answered none of the important questions.

Replying to this and seeking (a) an answer to my original questions and (b) to make complaint about the dismal service, a 'Mrs Mohammed' (I presume a fictional name) sent another hackneyed message of no use whatsoever. I have had to send another SIX, as yet unanswered emails, to ask for a reply to this message from her. It has been a further seven days on a vital matter and no reply.

Instead of taking office space in the most expensive part of the whole of East London (Canary Wharf) - an area that is hardly close to or representative of 99% of the citizens the court represents - they ought to have moved to genuinely representative place in E. London, saved 75% of the costs of an unnecessarily luxurious accommodation and thus had sufficient funds to do what they are supposed to do: promptly and sympathetically respond to the queries of worried parents and family members whose lives are difficult enough without the callous, indifferent and nonchalant attitude of staff such as these.

No parking for motorbike anywhere near. Have to use tradesmen's entrance so as not to embarrass bankers in rest of building. Can't use stairs for same reason. No cafe, no coffee machine (and you can't nip out as you're on the 6th floor). No advocates' room: and as ever, insufficient consultation rooms. So forget about discussing your children case in privacy, and you change in the gents and then lug your bike gear into court.
Some of this is easily fixable - but if the reviews re: failure to answer the phone are anything to go by, don't hold your breath.

I hate this court they gave custody of my two children to my ex even though he he hits them and has tried to kill himself many years ago.

I've now tried for 8 working days, each day I've called over 50 times. I've tried to call over 400 times and have still failed to get through!

I did email on day 1, but that appears to dissapear into the either as well!

WHY IS THIS SERVICE SO POOR?!!!

Been phoning for two weeks ever day to talk to someone. Still not got through. Now I'm going there. Let's see what happens now

Trust all the bad reviews I can actually prove the east London family court to be corrupted and have evidence to prove guilty Judge Prevatt, Judge Davies and Judge Lavelle who in clearly was fixing the trial with the family law practice at 549-551 cable street who had already decided I was guilty, done the court injunction on the 27/07/2016 and ended the injunction the same day and the trial was not till 29/07/2016 so if it was not a fix trial how had the injunction been ordered 2 days before the trial by Judge Lavelle who had not met me till 29/07/2016 now the court order said my mail address was unknown and this because till the 29/07/2016 I had banned them from sending mail their but on the 29/07/2016 I lifted the banned and told them to send mail there with this proves they had not made a mistake in date but in fact fixed the trial 2 days before in the trial they ignored all evidence and claimed I was controlling because the way I arranged paper on the table while they choose to wait and that I was bullying because I was going to go and support my daughter in her public church communion and that me exposing the applicants crimes such as trying to kill and trying to kill my mother and committing many acts of domestic abuse including hitting me and many forms of domestic violence and me exposing the child abuse sexual and neglect they claim me doing this was predatory and they acted as if she was doing nothing wrong, now when I had first hearing with Judge Prevatt she refused me a undertaking claiming she couldn’t do it and ask only if I agree or disagree which I said “the comments are incorrect” then she tells me I can only have a 12 page statement and only 2 witnesses and only 2 pages each person, which is not enough and she knew it since I brought in a 33 page statement at the time, then I had Judge Davies who also only wanted to know agree or disagree again I said “comments are incorrect” and also was again refused a undertaking claiming she could not do one, so then on the 27/07/2016 they done an injunction for a no more than a few hours as it ended that day, now the whole time in all hearings I said I do not want to talk to the applicant ever again so they could do a undertaking but as they said “you are just the respondent you don’t matter” so they have put domestic violence on my reputation knowing I am innocent and clearly not for any protection because by the trial on 29/07/2016 the injunction was gone even though they claim it was to last one year knowing full well I am innocent and all the evidence proved it I even proved all the applicants statements to be completely false, now it was a private trial so no one except applicant, respondent, lawyer and judge was allowed in the room yet her sister was allowed to come in to give evidence when I asked to bring in witnesses they said I couldn’t, if anyone wants evidence to prove east London family court is corrupted contact me on raymondstevenwebster@hotmail.co.uk as I am currently proving they are corrupted and they have shown they do not care for children’s, women’s or men’s or even the elderly safety only that they can claim legal aid at any cost, to sum it up they gave me a injunction that expired 2 days before they charged me with it on the grounds of being autistic, being a supportive dad and exposing illegal activity in which this verdict was reached 2 days before the trial the east London family court and the family law practice at 549-551 cable street are 100% corrupt
