BARKING GURDWARA BUILDING CONTRACT - IS SOMEONE PROFITING? LOOKS LIKE THE JAHAAJ COMMITTEE ARE LINING THEIR POCKETS !!
There were serious concerns of the decision by the Executive Committee to enter into a £1.6m with a contractor to deliver the first phase of the new Gurdwara Barking Project.
Firstly, there has been no transparency in the tendering process. It has been conducted behind closed doors. The JIHAAD COMMITTEE must share the tender information with the Sangat and a...llow some time for challenge and feedback. Who were the other contractors on the shortlist? Who led the tender process? Where there pecuniary interests declared? What was the tender criteria, marking and scoring?
The Sangat is concerned that the tendering process has been weak and shows a lack of understanding of the roles the Executive Committee should be performing. What financial safeguards have been scrutinized before awarding the tender? The chosen contractor is A&E Civil Engineering Ltd. On what criteria has a tender for £1.6m been awarded to this company? This company has only been incorporated for A YEAR and therefore does not have a track record of delivering such projects. WOULD ANY OF YOU GIVE SUCH A MASSIVE CONTRACT TO A NEWLY FORMED COMPANY? SOMETHING SEEMS FISHY DOESNT IT?!!
A common tender criteria is to perform an independent financial check on the company, especially because the funds donated from the Sangat should be safeguarded by the Executive Committee. For the Committee to choose a company where a credit check cannot be performed (as A&E Civil Engineering has been incorporated for less than one year), it raises grave concerns whether the Sangat's money is safe.
SANGAT JI PLEASE ASSESS THE FACTS FOR YOURSELF AND SEE THAT ALL DOES NOT THAT SEEM WELL!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE DESPERATE TO STAY IN POWER AND WE CAN SEE WHY!!!

Looks like the Committee at Singh Sabha London East are quaking in their boots about the massive cock up that has happened with the failed purchase of the school opposite Seven Kings Gurdwara which is now a Mosque in the making.
The attached leaflet, that has been sent in by a member of the Sangat, clearly shows in the last paragraph the Vendors solicitor contacted the Gurdwara legal team on 12th August 2016 (a time when the existing committee was in charge - Jahaaj Party) to... state the matter is still in the hands of the Gurdwara committee and the vendor is prepared to sell at a price of £1.85 million.
Sangat Ji we need to ask the question what went wrong and how did they allow the transaction to slip away when it was in their hands?!!!
Apparently in their latest videos they are passing blame onto the previous commitee but how can this be possible when Jahaaj was in office at the time of these emails and only JAHAAJ received the contract of sale. No legal representative (ie. solicitors) can send any documentation to other persons other than the current office bearers.
These are MASSIVE failures and Sangat deserves to know the TRUTH. Below is CLEAR PROOF that everything was in their hands as of 12th August 2016 so ONLY THEY can be held responsible for this FAILURE. No amount of speeches on the Gurdwara stage can cover up your lies as Maharaj is the knower of All.

This gentlemen seems to think that Pingalwala Charity setup by the great Bhagat Pooran Singh Pingalwara needs the permission of Singh Sabha London East committee to carry out their work outside Gurdwara premises !!!!
We should all be supporting great causes like this however, this committee calls the Police on the poor guy that selflessly gives up his time and runs various marathons to raise money for the people at Pingalwala India.
