Classic snobby bike store no respect for low end bikes. Gave me my bike back that clearly wasn't fixed had not taken the time to test ride it won't use them again

I went into the store to buy a 3 wheeler for my disabled child with dual suspension so she she can bomb those hill however they joked slammed me and told me to f off I'm pretty sure this shops illegal and shd be shut down immediately ! She went home crying after a man that worked there abused her cuz she wanted stableizers on the tricycle

Went in with a completely punctured tire first thing in the morning, and left with a big smile on my face with my brand new tire and great customer service ! They also noticed my seat was a bit wobbly and did that up too.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Especially grateful that they sorted out a puncture I got riding my new bike home. Also serviced our second bike.
