They do know their stuff and have always been very generous and helpful with advice. Also, they know that some purchase decisions are long term and we have never felt pressurised into buying. Have bought all the children's bikes there over the years.

Great, friendly staff. Helped me fix a burst tyre almost immediately and couldn't do more to help me. Would definitely recommend to friends. Prices are reasonable and customer service is top notch.

Very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable compared to some of the other big name shops. Servicing is carried out efficiently, though they can get very busy so best to plan when you have service.

The guys did a great job of servicing and replacing the brakes on my mountain bike, appreciated.
