It’s Friday again!! DIY at 6pm. Remember this moves to Wednesday from September.

Summer Dates for the Diary
Thursday 18th July last coached session of 18/19 season for Youth and Seniors.
Friday 19th July – BBQ Presentation evening at Pevensey Sailing Club from 6pm. All Welcome.
... Saturday 20th July – Last Juniors session of 18/19 season.
Then, Tuesdays and Thursdays we will be open 7.30pm – 8.30pm throughout summer as DIY sessions. Seniors only and carded youths.
Monday 2nd September – Normal timetable resumes for 19/20 season.
DIY sessions previously on Fridays will be moved to Wednesdays 7-8pm. £3 per session.

Bez came to the club around a year ago. Fast forward 12 months and he offered to take the stretching session at the end tonight. He was confident, clear, full of knowledge and led the team. Bez is just one example of how boxing can impact positively on people’s skills and therefore lives.

Looking forward to seeing you all there for a celebration of our season.

Professional boxer Pink Tyson Kallia Kourouni was at the Eastbourne Boxing Club yesterday. She was a great help to prep our boxers for Harringey boxing cup !
