In response to this unforeseeable event as well the message which has been posted to the whole situation has been out of proportion and the person named has clearly made a story up of the whole incident.
We was unaware of the fire outside the Coral Betting shop until the lady rushed into inform us.
We quickly gathered to extinguish the fire outside and was quickly put out.
... Yes we have a fire safety with visible fire extinguishers in the restuarant and in the kitchen and Yes we have a 5* Hygiene rating inspected by Sandwell Authorities.
The lady did not enter the kitchen and simply informed us at the door and was standing outside.
We do not know what the intention of this person is and we will remain professional in response to this and we hope the lady who has posted this comes to reality of what really happened rather than making an incident like this into a review of Eastern Spice.
We have been established for years and have built a very good relationship with the community and we hope our customers can ignore the comments made by this lady.
