only popped in to see if my mtb wheel was fixable after knocking it on a fall. within minutes was booked in to get it repaired. fantastic first impression, and really friendly service!!!!!

We called in today to sort out my lads brakes. We are are enroute north to complete our LEJOG for Macmillan ride and really needed a quite and efficient repair. The service and the humour was FIRST CLASS!!! Great repair and very good value. We made it to our next stop (Kidderminster) and are all set to carry on tomorrow! Many thanks to Eastgate Cycles!! Very lucky to have found Eastgate Cycles. Looking for my first decent bike at 48 years old and found Graeme and the team giving a level of service way beyond all expectations. As a complete novice they were brilliant and patient in their advice. The fitting service and care taken in the set up of the bike was exceptional. The Orro Pyro 105 bike is fantastic and just completed a trouble free 15 miler where the advice given on the clip in shoes and gears was invaluable. There is NOWHERE else worth going to to purchase a bike. Thanks guys.

Popped in today with a several issues with a mountain bike , after a coffee with the lads and the usual theological debate I left with the bike feeling and responding as it did when new . I cannot praise Graeme and Lance enough old fashioned customer service and excellent prices Thankyou .

Picked up my new Orro Terra today and Graeme spent time making sure it was setup perfectly and that I was comfortable and ready for the open road. Can't recommend them enough, will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Doing LEJOG and the wife had a major glitch on her specialised dolce elite on 31st aug..... over enthusiasm changing gear put derailieur into back wheel. Result.... destroyed back wheel and derailieur plus seriously bent mech hanger and damaged tyre.

Rang eastgate whilst waiting support vehicle. Explained the issue and were told they would get her back on the road.. if pos. Stripped mech off display bike, sold a good sh loan wheel and straighted the mech. Amazing speedy friendly service. Can't praise enough..... thank you.. Adele and Dave....
