Amazing staff both front office and Vet's when we needed to put our dog down they where with us every step of the way.

On the 1st of October we took our dog. We we're apprehensive as one would be with a poorly animal. Didn't mind having to wait but thought a nurse ,who seemed rather loud anyway, greeted a couple with they're dog with a loud " Aren't you the cutest dog we've ever had". Another nurse greeted a family she obviously knew with an over the top welcome. To add to which the vet who looked about 12 years old was one of the most miserable we've ever seen and we've seen a lot. A little more tact wouldn't come amiss. We've since left to be registered at the much more balanced Moreton Hall practice. Mind you it's only your money any vets really care about especially if they detect you have more of it.....i.e. the car one drives.
