Checked out Monday 20/11/17 (from a seasonal pitch). Toilets stank of urine and hadn't been touched for at least 24 hours. Pitches are very muddy apart from the car park-style area where weekenders are crammed in together. Statics are gradually replacing caravans and as such you are looked down upon.

One person on reception, who also lives on site, is so rude and unprofessional at times that we decided to quit (her husband works on site too and was abusive and threatening towards me regarding an awning which they thought had been left up when we weren't in the van, in fact I was). By the way, most of the rules can be ignored if your face fits.

One weekend we had a small motor home parked next to us with a massive 'tent' erected right outside our lounge window with a noisy family, their windbreaks barely allowed us enough room to access our waste and water. Yet this was not considered to be camping.

Children and dogs run all over the site at busy times, which I appreciate is fine for some people, but we were told it was a quiet site, it isn't. So glad to be repitched on a professional site elsewhere.

Very first visit to this touring site and must say not overly impressed. Certainly requires the roads resurfacing, Requires a 6 mt ruling between units, we practically had a tent with its guy lines on the side of our van, considering it stipulates no tents I counted 3 on the site at one period. A 10 amp hookup only available unless I wanted a full service pitch. Found the chemical disposal antiquated. Having said this the staff are all very nice and welcoming. well stocked shop, and good dog walking area.

Plenty of space and grass around our pitch. Very clean site including toilet facilities. Very helpful friendly staff. Will certainly use site again when we wish to stay in area.

Just want to say we had our first overnight in our new camper van, we stayed at Eastham Hall Caravan Park. The place is well situated, near to Lytham and St Annes, neighbouring towns, also not far from Blackpool. We love both Lytham and St Annes, we live about 1 hr away and had never visited either place before. Lytham St Annes Nature reserve is quite near but we are saving that for our next visit. The caravan park staff are super. As it was our first run out we had forgotten two major essentials, chairs for sitting outside and mugs - how could we forget mugs? The wonderful woman on reception had two chairs delivered to where we were sited - for us to borrow. When we sat in the chairs both me and my husband were ready for a cup of tea - then we discovered I hadn't packed mugs. I went into the shop at reception - they didn't sell them but again the wonderful woman on reception loaned us two mugs. We were also wowed by the shower block and toilets, spotless.

Things I liked about this site: Friendly quick check in at reception - Being shown to our pitch and helped once arived (Thanks Mr ? Didn't get your name. friendly and professional) - Clean toilets and showers - Clean site - Shop on site - Only 2 mile from Lytham - Auto barrier entry with registered vehicle number plate - Quiet site and would we visit again, Yes for sure.

Things we didn't like: Nothing however my wife said it needs some planting, flowers, and more trees.
