Sat there for nearly a hour I all ready had the wheel off for them and they did people after I turned up before me. Shocking

The problem with this garage is a bit like buying a scratch card. Sometimes you get lucky but must of the time you are truly disappointed.

In my view they are 'Rough Necks' and a bit fist handed; but if it's just tyres you want - then they seem to be reasonable value. Anything else, give them a great big wide berth.

From my own personal experience it's all pot luck on how they treat, respect and competently effect their service on your vehicle on the actual day.

I made a massive mistake of asking them to supply and fit an exhaust system. The young lad doing it unfortunately couldn't remove the old back box and after what seemed like an age, he asked a visiting RAC guy to help out. The RAC chap hammered the hell out of the exhaust bracket in order to remove it. His hammer often missed his target and hit my brake pipes and other non related brackets and clips.
I winced in fear of damage.

I was there approximately two hours in the end in order to just have my exhaust replaced.

My back box is still NOT fitted correctly as it angles at 4'oClock and is barely off the ground. I now have to be extra wary of speed bumps etc.

I decided to give them another go today as I badly needed a s shock absorber. But although they said they could help, they have in subsequence, ultimately avoided me like the plague. They say they are going to ring me back with a quote but never do.
When you ring them, they are constantly engaged.
I have now given up the ghost and will never give them my custom again.

I had a puncture outside my house. They attended to me quickly. However I requested a mid range tyre and was advised this is what they were putting on my car. The guy stated that I probably had a flat due to kerbing my wheel being a women driver. Which I know I hadn't. Very professional! On further inspection I did my research and in fact found that he had put a chinese budget tyre on my car. In order to clarify this I checked with another tyre specialist who advised me the tyre was in fact a budget tyre. I also had to have the tyre balanced at another garage as this was not done. I contacted the company to discuss and the guy on the phone continued to advise me that there wasn't a problem and that this was a misunderstanding and that the guy who fitted my tyre must have been under a lot of pressure and that my tyre was in fact a premium budget tyre which I know it isn't, it is purely a Chinese budget tyre. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very patronising and spoke to me as if I was stupid. Although he did agreed to resolve the problem by attending to fit me a Bridgestone tyre but I would have to pay £35 more of which I had already paid £100. I agreed as I did not want the budget tyre leaving on my car. The guy who came out struggled to get the wheel nut caps off my tyre and was using what looked like a spanner to remove them. He also appeared to struggle to put my tyre back on. On this guy leaving I checked my alloy where he had been using a spanner to prize off wheel nut covers and he has left gouge marks on my alloys. Just what I wanted on my brand new car. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISSOLD A TYRE. SPOKEN TO AS IF YOU ARE STUPID. HAVE A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE AND END UP WITH GOUGE MARKS ON YOUR ALLOYS!

Removed 4 locking wheel nuts, put my other set of wheels on and sorted all the tracking out for £15/wheel.
