2. Green vitamin cocktail with avocado , kiwi , apple and muesli
3. Grilled chicken breast with buckwheat groats, zucchini and mushrooms
4. Tomato cream soup with fresh basil and wholegrain croutons
5. Rice salad with tuna and vegetables

Tuesday
1. Millet with coconut flakes , goji berries and agave syrup
2. Whole grain bagel with smoked salmon , spinach and tomato
3. Whole wheat spaghetti with minced turkey breast
4. Creamy pudding with pear
5. Whole wheat tortilla with chicken and vegatables

Wednesday
1. Cinnamon semolina with chia seeds
2. Spelt pancakes with Greek yogurt and strawberries
3. Baked salmon with brown rice and asparagus
4. Pumpkin cream soup with almonds
5. Salad with goat cheese

Thursday
1. Whole grain muesli with yogurt , blueberries and flax linen
2. Oatmeal omelet with cottage cheese and fruits
3. Baked tuna with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli
4. Green peas cream soup
5. Couscous salad with grilled chicken , pomegranate and mint

Friday
1. High protein shake with oatflakes and fruits
2. Rye bread sandwiches with egg, tomato , lettuce and cucumber
3. Turkey skewers with pineapple, pepper , mushrooms , zucchini with roasted potatoes

Saturday
