How did your career develop during and after your studies at ECBM? Due to the fact that I am working in the Controlling department at Continental, I chose to specialise on Finance. The skills and theoretical material I learned at the ECBM helped me to expand my knowledge in the Finance area and I was able to directly put it in use at my daily... work. Furthermore, my network expanded a lot during my studies at the ECBM. I met entirely interesting and inspiring people and got more connected, which was very helpful for my career.
What skill/knowledge are you most proud of? During my job as a Management Assistant and my studies at the ECBM I learned to be focused and disciplined. Thus, I am most proud of my willingness to improve myself and my work every day. It is essential for me to always try my best and be dedicated to being more efficient in every aspect.

Which skill/knowledge has been the most useful since your studies at ECBM? It is difficult to determine a specific single skills as all are interrelated, however in general the most important skill for me is business development in an international context. Creating business relationships and partnerships in a global perspective require key decisions with often far-reac...hing consequences. The international MBA has enabled me to be prepared for these challenges.
Why would you recommend studying at ECBM? The combination of a high level academic degree delivered in English language and the advantages of the practice-oriented British educational system are a unique opportunity to carve one’s way to an international career. The new Alumni network is a great possibility to connect and develop further by staying in touch with fellow graduates of the ECBM.

Which skill/knowledge has been the most useful since your studies? The module Social Media and Professional Networks has been the most useful for me. The digital world has always fascinated me. I learnt the basics of Social Media as well as getting to know tools that professionals work with. All of that has been very helpful for my job that I’m in right now.
... Why would you recommend studying at ECBM? I recommend studying at ECBM because I was able to study and work at the same time without any time pressure. I had enough time to get all the things done at the right time and still have my free time. Also the teachers were super helpful. I was able to ask them questions at any time which made the learning process easier.
