About Echoes Childcare

Every Child Has the Opportunity for an Excellent Start

Echoes Childcare Description

Our Day Nursery offers a safe, secure and stimulating environment, encouraging children to flourish, by offering rich relevant experiences. We are an old Victorian building with a new contemporary extension set over 2 floors with 5 specific age group rooms. This enables us to focus more specifically on each individual child's needs.
The nursery offers full day care for children 0-5yrs, open Monday to Friday 7am till 7pm and Saturday 8am till 6pm. In addition we offer holiday care during all school holidays, teacher training days and any additional school closures.

Today we have been celebrating Holi festival to mark the beginning of Spring! Holi is a Hindu celebration and is known as the festival of colour and is celebrated all over the world! It is a very messy and colourful celebration where people go out in to the street for a 'Carnival of Colour' and everyone covers each other in colourful powders and coloured water! People sing, dance and have fun together, what a great celebration! 🎉🎨

Fingers crossed for a thaw overnight and a normal day tomorrow, however, due to staff travelling in safely from various destinations, parents may be required to stay on site until ratios allow them to travel onto work, thank you in advance for your understanding! Take care and stay safe! ❄️

On Saturday we held our first ever Christmas Fayre and what a fantastic success it was and all to raise money for YoungMinds - a charity leading the fight for children and young people's mental health!
We had a visit from Father Christmas, games, activities, a cake sale, a raffle and so much more which was enjoyed by all!
We raised an incredible £720.79 on the day which we are so overwhelmed by and add that to the money that Paul Dowling Fitness and Personal Training raised b...y doing a sponsored Spin-a-thon takes us to a total of £870.69!! 💰
We are extremely grateful to all our families who came to enjoy the day with us and a big thank you to all the very kind companies that donated prizes for our raffle! 😁

Echoes Christmas Party 2018! 🎄🎉

Wonderful nursery! It's a sad day for us today as it's my daughters last day at Echoes. Echoes is a wonderful nursery; a great home away from home; it has a wonderfully cosy & calm feeling..... Much more controlled than at home! My daughter spends one day a week at Echoes, but I wish it was more. The children are always creating arty pieces / singing / doing various activities. The Staff are caring towards the children and are professional. My daughter gets so excited on the way to nursery...... She'll miss it greatly, as will I.

Was keen to visit this place when I saw we had a local nursery in the village but like everyone else your sceptical to new things. So we arranged a visit and met both owners of the business Jo and Michele who were both lovely ladies with a real passion for what they do. So far what I have seen has really impressed me. Alot has been thought about, and the have used the space very well and the garden is beautiful, And yes the parents corner is very unique. Both Jo and Michele seem very nice and friendly and the most important thing was my little boy liked it. He was most disappointed when we left he didn't get to play in the garden. For any mums/dad's sitting on the fence go and have a look. They have lots to offer, even for kids in schools. They are also keen to be involved with the communities and link in with the schools and local attractions which is really positive. They have set a good first impression for me, so now I hope it will be the nursery it looks like it will be. Thanks for seeing us today.

They are like extended family to my kids. I cannot praise them highly enough. Such a wonderful nurturing environment where children are developed into awesome little people.

User

Such a fab nursery made even more special by the fab people who work here!

User

Professional, fun, and all around outstanding. I cannot compliment echoes enough. The girls in each room excel in their care and the management team are above and beyond helpful. Most importantly, our children are nothing short of happy here. X

User

Our final day at Echoes today 😢So sad to say goodbye to this amazing establishment. For over two years they have loved and nurtured our little boy and he is now ready for school, all the more happy and confident. It really is a high quality, everything thought of setting and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My 8 month old little boy has been going to Echoes since he was 6 months old. Leaving him at nursery was the first time id ever left him with anyone other than my boyfriend or my mum but he settled in immediately & loves it! He has such a lovely bond with Hanna his key worker & loves all of the staff there. I couldn't be happier & can't praise Echoes enough!

User

My 14 month old daughter attends Echoes Nursery and she absolutely loves it. Their staff are friendly, approachable and experienced. I feel so relaxed once I've dropped her off and I don't worry about her one bit because I know she's in safe hands and having so much fun. She is kept so busy by all the wonderful toys and activities they have in the nursery, by the time she's home she's ready for bed! I can't fault Echoes Nursery. They're doing a great job :) xx

User

I had the pleasure of looking around this amazing facility today, wow!! The children have so much room and so much stimulation it was refreshing to see,the parents room was an added bonus showing that they don't rush you out the door if your child is struggling or even if your struggling and don't get me started on the garden which I would love in my own home, the whole atmosphere is chilled and this is reflected in the children and staff, talking of staff they are all very friendly and approachable and look very smart in the coloured tunics, congratulations on a beautiful facility.

User

Great place run by great people... My son has been going to echoes for the past year or so, all the staff are really friendly and professional would thoroughly recommend echoes to anyone that is looking for a childcare placement. Keep up the great work guys

User

Brilliant nursery my son Link loves it.

Amazing nursery: I saw nine different childcare providers when choosing. I saw Echoes last (and nearly didn’t go as I thought I’d already decided).

The staff ethos was clear - they set this up because they are passionate about quality childcare. So we chose Echoes and have never regretted it.

Our daughter is 3.5 now and loves it here. Xx
