The business focuses entirely on energy efficiency including EPC’s, Green Deal assessments and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for landlords and agents. As a Green Deal Provider we can provide the finance for any necessary energy efficiency upgrades. We provide an essential service to landlords with properties that do not comply with the new energy efficiency regulations.
If your property EPC is showing F or G you need to take action to avoid being fined when the laws come in to force on April 1st 2018.
The Eco-energi business can advise on the best ways to ensure compliance and in the most cost effective manner. If you opt for Green Deal as a funding mechanism for the upgrades needed it is a loan to the property which is repaid through the electricity meter and it’s the savings on the energy bills that repay the loan.
As Green Deal providers, we are the licensed funders and project managers of the whole improvement plan. We will liaise with Green Deal approved assessors & installers to ensure everything runs smoothly, timely and under the best quality standards.
