If you are a landlord you need to be aware that new legislation is coming into force. Therefore, due to the new legislation, every property you plan to rent out after 1st April of 2018 must have an energy efficiency rating of E or better. At Eco-energi we will make sure that your property achieves at least the minimum rating. We will arrange your energy assessment, identify the best energy saving installations and manage the appointment of fully accredited installers.

Gas-elec owns and operates Eco-energi. We hold a consumer credit licence and are an accredited Green Deal energy assessor. We are also an approved Green Deal Provider.
