We had a lovely stay here. Really clean. The breakfast was great and the owners were very welcoming.

Really lovely, great location in the centre of Penrith. Free parking. Quiet. Homely. Roger the owner and host was really super, extremely welcoming.
Rooms have everything you need, clean, hot shower, big fluffy towels, tea and coffee, radio, TV. Plenty of storage.
Breakfast was amazing. Perfect for celiac and Lactose intolerant.
We had 3 rooms in total.
Will definitely return.

Fabulous stay, couldn't fault a thing - Roger a lovely host, nothing too much trouble. We stayed in room four which was light and airy, great use of space for the en suite! Love the DAB radio and carafe of water, small touches but help to make it homely. Great night's sleep, fabulous breakfast with continental options, full breakfast and a great pot of tea. Really close to the centre of Penrith and off street parking if you need it. If we're over that way again we'll be back!
