Edgar, also known as "Afro Ed" and his friends decided that the bar snacks available in pubs and bars weren't as good as they could be. So they set about trying to develop the finest quality bar snacks. These products are the result of many months of development, tasting, redeveloping and re-tasting by Afro Ed and his team before they were all totally satisfied.

Edgar’s Choice are distinctly different from existing products. They feature unique flavours from around the World including Jalapeno, Wasabi, and Premium Dry Roasted peanuts in a special coating for more flavour.

Edgar’s Choice has been specially developed to appeal to discerning bar customers that want something more than the usual snacks currently available from an exclusive Foodservice brand.

Targeted to appeal to customers who want something that compliments the drinks, the new snacks will be highly branded to attract attention, and are designed to complement the best pubs and bars. The range will be exclusively available to the on-trade sector as single bagged portions, and also in bulk packaging for decanting into Kilner jars for on bar dispensing.

The snacks are manufactured and packed in a fully accredited factory which meets all EU legislation. The coated products are made using unique spice blends which coat the roasted peanuts to form a crunchy case. To ensure quality and long life freshness all products are gas flushed when packed which helps to ensure product quality and gives an extended shelf life. Edgar's Choice only use the best quality ground peanuts and tree nuts which are sourced direct from the best growing regions from around the world in an ethical and sustainable manner.
