Shoreline Sally uses sand as her canvas and photographs her artwork to create souvenirs from the seaside. Last year we commissioned Sally to produce some special Edgcumbes Tea and Coffee themed greetings cards…you may have spotted them in the EDGE Café?

#MeetTheProducer : Rendle's Original Gin
We might be biased, but we’re big fans of Rendle’s Original Gin! A familiar face to you all - Chris Rendle, our director and head roaster lovingly recreated ‘Rendle’s Pinkers’ made to the secret recipe of his father – Captain Frank Edgcumbe-Rendle (our founder and creator of our famous house blend tea ‘Rusper’!).
Throughout the Second World War, Captain Frank of the 16th Light Cavalry, Indian Army fought bravely for the British Empire.... Such exertions bought on profound thirst and the popularity of Pinkers grew rapidly! With a distinctive flavour, Rendle’s Original Gin is made from a heady blend of herbs and spices originating from India and the Orient – a discerning taste for today’s gin connoisseur!

Who hasn’t dreamt of spending their days melting, moulding and creating delicious chocolate? Meet Mike Noble – head chocolatier from Noble & Stace who made his dream a reality back in 2015.
Handcrafting delicious chocolate tablettes and truffles – Noble and Stace sticks to small batch production to ensure absolute freshness (everything we believe in!) and collaborates with like-minded local producers to produce a variety of flavo...urs. Our favourite of course are his Espresso Truffles and Coffee Bean Tablettes…using our very own award winning freshly roasted coffee!
