Education Community Exchange (ECE) Platform - The platform would allow qualified community members to match with an opportunity of a post-secondary institution to teach an online course either as an adjunct instructor, or a teaching assistant, or a tutor. Post-secondary institutions would have an opportunity to pre-qualify the applicant to build a reliable, efficient, and cost effective talent pool. Community applicants will have an access to multiple institutions all in one place. Students will get higher quality of learning experience from institutions for their online course.
