Recently bought a new bike here. I didn't have much experience so appreciated the friendly team and helpful advice. Really good response to checking if we could benefit from their current summer sales promotions. No hesitation in recommending this team for all things bicycle.

Bought a new bike and received great service from Jamaal and his colleagues. Superb help from Mark who went to great lengths adjusting my bike. He is a bike genius. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and garrulous when I went to buy a bike, but when the rear wheel bearing disintegrated three months later rendering it useless, I was told that it couldn't fall under any warranty as apparently when you only spend £550 on a steel frame bike, you shouldn't expect to get fancy accessories like functional wheels just thrown in for nothing O_o Was told as it was rusty, it was my fault for not looking after it, which I do, or leaving it outdoors, which I don't. Not very impressed, and now £100 poorer for having had to buy a new wheel

Purchased 2 tyres for our bmx with inner tubes. The service we received in store was great. We ended up making 2 trips because the tyres didn't seem to sit right on the wheel. The advice and info received from staff was first class and we managed to fit the tyres after speaking to staff. Thanks for the tips.

Truly excellent staff. Had outstanding customer service today buying a pannier and bike bag. The store staff expertly took me through the options and then even helped me fit the rack and bag for free while I was there!

Good acceries, not very good MTB selection

Good local/national bike shop. Knowledgeable staff and a good range of bikes, clothing and accessories.

Not bad place for your bike. Staff is quite slow and looks like they don't really care to serve ppl. But in general good place with lot's of stuff.

Good helpful staff. Good variety of bikes.
