Obviously trying to improve the reputation of the site, and it is working. Not very impressed with the wording of their draconian rules.

Have stayed a good few times...
Love this place. Turn right out of the lane
and you get clitheroe culture.
Turn left... sheer beautiful country side and village's. 45 mins from home.

Lovely small site with fantastic views & very clean toilet/showers. Games room for the kids is a big plus.

Lovely campsite with great views. Plenty of nearby facilities to enjoy including swimming walking and shopping in nearby Clitheroe. For the less active lovely peaceful site to enjoy reading and just taking in the surrounding countryside. The toilet block is spotlessly clean with easy access for all. Would recommend this site.

Lovely site in the most beautiful area, close to the dales, lovely walks and a cyclists paradise. We were visiting family and up from Cornwall but this area exceeds even the Cornish countryside. Totally laid back, would definitely recommend and revisit. The reason for only four stars is that there was no recycling, silly but it matters to me.

We have just returned home after spending only 1 night at this campsite. I found this site online and rang to book just 1 night as it was near home and we just wanted to try out our new tent. We were told it would cost £14 but when we arrived we were asked for £17 as a surcharge was added for only 1 night stay. We informed the woman about the £14 quote to which (with attitude) took the £14 bearing in mind a wet and slightly muddy pitch was over priced at that. The pitch that we were given #7 muddy and very lumpy and next to a very busy road,a very small tent was on the next pitch but no-one there. THIS IS NOT A QUIET CAMPSITE,far from it,the road was very noisy with trucks, tractors speeding cars, motorbikes etc and very late at night (1.30 am) a animal carrying lorry was loading sheep . I think with the road noise, the tent next door which had 3 kids,a baby,2 adults and 2 dogs and the loading of wagons i had about 2 hours full sleep. I would also like to say that we were even given the wrong pitch,a note on reception door said our pitch was # 3 which would have been far far quieter away from all the all noises, but the woman with the attitude probably changed our pitch in spite. If you want a nice quiet campsite then steer clear... RIP OFF

We had a group trip to Edisford Bridge Farm Camp Site, weather wise it was glorious sunshine for the time we where there, so I would not know how the ground drains. This site has a mixture of Caravan and Tent pitches. Our group consisted of both and we where put towards the front near the road. Although not noisy by any means, people should be aware that this road does have its fair share of traffic, some of it agricultural. Site Manager initially seemed stern on the first (possibly with handling large group) but heard nothing else from them after that. Mainly a quite site, we where probably the loudest. Facilities looked to be in the middle of a big upgrade. Showers suffered pressure wise at busy times, but generally very clean and in working order. All in all a very pleasant weekend was had . The pub is also very close by, although no noise was heard from there.
