Called to say delivery would be on Thursday morning.... called on Thursday morning to say driver had hurt his back would now be delivered on Friday sometime after 3pm.... called Friday 2.45 to tell me driver has resigned. Avoid this company at all costs

Your driver just ran a red light in Middlesbrough 03/11/2017, it wasn't just turning red either, it had been red for at least 20 seconds.. YOU COULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE! Driving round so dangerously with your firms name written all over the van isn't very clever... this driver should be sacked and sat in court + he was doing about 50mph and its a 30mph road

My delivery was scheduled for today, 26 July, between 10am and 12pm. I had email confirmation of this from them. I called them at 11.45am to ask for an update as I needed to go out later. I was told that the delivery wasn't scheduled for today! I had taken the day off work as holiday as no one else lived here to take delivery and my family are 200 miles away. I am so angry! All I got from Edmondsons was a "sincere apology" by email. Rubbish!

A Edmondson F & Sons driver was hanging out of his cab on Wardour Street mocking a trans person. There is no excuse for this vile kind of behaviour.

Really really good service - they called me when they were on their way and then again when they got there and waited for me to meet them at my house. The two men who unloaded the sofa and brought it in were so nice and very professional. Couldn't rate them highly enough.
