We recently completed this bathroom in Upminster. The original bathroom had a separate WC, we removed the wall between the WC and the bathroom, the room was fully re-plastered, soil pipe was replaced so that the toilet could be re-situated, all heating and water pipes were renewed and the bathroom was fully tiled. The customer tastefully picked out all their own fixtures and fittings, this is one of our favourites so far!

We recently fitted this Worcester Bosch 30i Combi boiler in an airing cupboard and fitted a towel rail with an electric element in the cupboard too as the customer still wanted to use the airing cupboard to dry towels. We started by removing the water tanks in the loft and then we removed the hot water cylinder. The Boiler, Magnetic Filter and Room Thermostat all come with a 10 year unlimited parts and labour guarantee which means the customer doesn’t have to pay any repair bills until 2029! We have just upgraded this combination boiler as the customer is adding and extra bathroom and they wanted to be able to use both bathrooms at the same time. We supplied and fitted a Worcester Bosch unvented cylinder with a 35 kw Worcester Bosch system boiler for fast recovery. The customer opted for the Bosch internet programmable room thermostat. The boiler has an integrated diverter valve which means there is no need for external motorised valves, pumps, or untidy wires. We issued a 10 year Guarantee on the boiler, internet controller and integrated diverter valve and a 25 year guarantee on the cylinder.

Riley just fitted this Worcester Bosch vertical flue and pitched roof flashing looking all straight and plumb. No plume issues for the customers to worry about.

Just installed this speed fit overlay system. This system is designed to be installed directly over your existing concrete floors. This particular system has a 25 mm foil wrapped insulation board with pre formed pipe runs. The boards lay directly on top of your concrete floors then you run 15 mm plastic speed fit barrier pipe in to the preformed pipe runs. We found the job to be quite labour intensive when laying the boards in the corners and around door ways but the pipes... slotted in place nice and easy. This system is quite expensive because of the cost of the insulation boards but the alternative is to have you builder break up every floor in your property and relay all the floors using the standard type of underfloor heating then re concrete the full area.

This is the Worcester Bosch Wave which is an internet programmable room thermostat which can be controlled by smartphone.

As we installed the boiler in the loft the flue had to be terminated through the roof.

We fitted a Worcester Bosch 30CDI system boiler with an integrated diverter valve which saves on space and extra wiring and also allows the customer to integrate smart controls (Worcester Wave)

We replaced this Promax floor standing boiler with a 210Ltr Worcester Bosch stainless steel unvented hot water cylinder which has a 25 year guarantee!

We recently removed an Infamous Promax floor standing boiler which is a very problematic boiler that is very difficult to repair.
