After 18 months of calling Estate Agents, placing offers and feeling very deflated I was quick to compliment Belle and Edward Mellor on how lovely I thought she was. The calls didn't feel pushy or overly unfamiliar. She was understanding, worked with me rather than dictating and as a First Time Buyer who is unsure of how to navigate the market - she made it feel really smooth. It was the first time in 18 months I have had this kind of interaction with an Estate Agent and had grown to believe it was all very sales pitchy and I was never going to be listened to as someone who doesn't have a million pounds in the bank. Edward Mellor have been amazing assisting me during the purchase of my first home. They worked so hard to get the process moving after lots of issues with my solicitor. Nope. I was dealing with Edward Mellor back last year but only getting round to review now. Ha. On a house viewing, the person showing me round assumed I was straight ("what does your girlfriend do?") which was a big no-no. It's 2021. I also find them very aggressive with wanting to sell too, telling me I had to bid immediately if I wanted a house.

We have been amazed by the fantastic service provided. EM properly valuated our house and showed the house only to extremely interested potential buyers. We got 4 views and 4 offers and in less than 1 month the sale process started. Their work didn't finished there because they have been always available to mediate situation, to help and support. Absolutely, I recommend EM for your sale and we will use them again for sure.
